  • Overview

    Fields calls using telephones and computerized guest registration system to book rooms, tours/transportation, activities and other travel itinerary needs for Waterton-Glacier Peace Park.  Efficiently answers high volumes of calls, e-mails, faxes and letters.


    • Answers phones and handles high call volumes in a professional, efficient and personable manner.
    • Is able to effectively operate computerized reservations systems (Maestro, Pacific & The Wizard)
    • Must be knowledgeable of Glacier Park, Waterton Park and our surrounding areas.
    • Must be able to field & process guest requests correctly, efficiently and within Company guidelines.
    • Follows all policies and guidelines when booking or canceling reservations.
    • Assisting Reservation Supervisor in daily tasks: Emails, Voicemails, OTA’s, Incentives
    • Must be able to accurately quote the booking/cancellation policy established by GPC.
    • Must be able to accurately describe Glacier Park, Waterton Park and our seven hotels, restaurants, transportation services, activities, car rental, Amtrak, and on-line store.
    • Must be able to obtain the pertinent information to fill out caller’s guest tile efficiently and accurately.
    • Stays logged into phone system during the duration of their shift.
    • Attends the overnight familiarization trip that is planned in early June to see Glacier and Waterton.

    • Knowledge of common office machines, i.e., computers, calculators, fax machine, postage machine, internet, etc.
    • Must possess efficient data entry skills and attention to detail.
